Did anyone happen to catch what Lulu and Nick said to each other during the preview? My family started talking and I did not hear it.

Yes, I saw it. Woo Hoo! Mr. Voiceover described Lulu as "the attorney Nick Fallin cares the most". There is a scene where they appear to be sitting on a floor, awfully close, Nick's arms around her, Lulu wearing a spaghetti strap top, Nick wearing a white t-shirt and in that scene he offered to stay with her; couldn't understand much of the dialog, but it looked like he stayed with her and about to kiss her. Yeeeeeeeesss! Nick/Simon looks scrumptious in that white t- shirt and I always knew Wendy Moniz/Lulu is attractive but she looks especially beautiful in this episode; don't know if it's the lighting or the make up, but she looks beautiful, IMO. I can't wait to see this episode.

--BTW: Happy New Year All---May Peace prevail on Earth.... Re the preview of next week's ep: Yep, it appeared that Nick was being especially sweet with Lulu and she was glowing and lovely. He said something like 'you could stay at my place' and she replied something about 'the guest room'. (You gotta give Nick points for trying because he has certainly been trying to get her to 'stay with him' ever since he first mentioned it in Lulu's 'I'm married to a man I don't love' confession scene several eps back. ) Perhaps, if we all live long enough, we'll get to see her actually 'stay with him', but I'm pretty sure that this was just a teaser scene to get us all hopeful.---When the actual episode shows I fear we will be disappointed, again, as will our guy.---- cloud9

We really are becoming a cynical bunch, aren't we? A kiss AND the white t-shirt - we couldn't get that lucky (again).

Is there anywhere on the internet to view the preview? I don't watch much on CBS except The Guardian so I doubt I'll catch it. Thanks!

Just watched the preview for the first time. Don't N&L look just so sweet and cozy sitting there? (That was rhetorical.)
I think Lulu says "If I stay as your guest I'll end up in your bedroom" - well that's what it sounds like to me. And from the look on her face she isn't particularly revolted by the idea ;D
At the end she is leaning forward to kiss him.

In that scene, Nick says: If you need a place to stay... and Lulu says: Most of your guests end up in your bedroom.

After two weeks or reruns, we are ready to hear anything ! I heard Nick saying : If you need somewhere to stay ... and Lulu answered : I guess, in the bed in your bedroom!

Girls, girls, girls......don't hold your breath! Don't you know that Miss Lulu is still married to that "ImarriedamanthatIdon'tlove" "Goose", and for now she still prefers the closed doors? :kitty:
Besides, don't think David Hollander will give it away that quick!
Anyone ever watch "JAG", that show's been on since 1995. CBS took over January 1997. I've been watching Harm and Mac for the last 4 years, and guess what: they still haven't done it !!:rolleyes2:

I see what you mean Bakergirl, but I do have this feeling that we will at least get a kiss. I agree; I don't think DH will let them sleep together quickly. Lulu will have to divorce her hubby first, but then again this is tvland and anything is possible. I see Nick and Lulu attempting to do it but will be interrupted. Their desire towards each other will be obvious to Kim.

I agree. DH likes to dangle his viewers with dreams of things to come but... never to completion. Gets everyones thoughts reeling only to disappoint. I noticed Brian is in this episode. Maybe he is the interruption. Does Lulu go running back to him...still confused!!!
Does anyone know why there is a rerun on Jan 14?
