Well, State of Origin is on Wednesday, and in Sydney they aren't even showing a repeat for the Guardian! They are doing a two hour episode of the Simpsons!
So there will be no wrestling over the TV Wednesday night.

I have no idea what there showing Brisbane during State of Origin, but if its a repeat I'm going out, as I've already got the episode on tape, plus I don't want to watch the State of the Origin...
Its too nerve-wracking

My brother didn't have time to tape The Guardian episodes! While I was away :bawling: and I don't know what to do... but I guess I did get to watch episodes up to Family and then after Shelter... but did I miss anything during those other episodes?
:crying:

I can't believe that they are showing The Simpsons, at least they could have shown an early repeat of TG or something. But the worst part is that they are repeats of The Simpsons, it'd be okay if they were new episodes, but they are repeats. I'm not a huge Simpsons fan but i'll watch it if there is nothing else on. I guess I'll just have to be patient and wait for Shelter next week.

You are joking right? I mean, Harn/Harm whatever his name is, has a nice square jaw, but the bloke can't manage to bed the woman of his dreams after HOW many seasons? Sheesh!
And I just couldn't stomach the 'stars and strips forever' moment that comes every episode like clockwork. So corny - and it doesn't go down with an overseas audience, sorry US folks!
Sorry, but I'm totally off JAG now.

No episode of The Guardian tonight for Brisbane either :bawling:
JAG is great... and its Harm... he's my favourite character... don't ask
So I'm going out tonight! So I don't have to watch the State of Origin, because me don't want to watch that... although I hope Queensland wins! *innocently*

So how did Droopy see "The Beginning" I thought you saw the shows in the same order as they do in OZ? Did someone send you a copy? ;D

Jag got even cornier after 9/11 -- the ratings went way up. I tried watching it, but it is a bit much. I could never see how the show stayed on the air all this time anyway. I'm as patriotic as the next American, oops I mean Australian, but you don't need it under the guise of entertainment...

So how did Droopy see "The Beginning" I thought you saw the shows in the same order as they do in OZ? It started off that way ... but with all the repeats n stuff in OZ, SA ended up about three episodes ahead.

I so want to talk with you folks from OZ, but since I don't want to disregard the Australians Only title here, I'll start a thread where???
I know Waltzing Matilda by heart, but I guess that's no excuse to be let in here. I'll go look for the correct forum to talk to all of you and hope you check it out.

Yeah, anyone that knows Waltzing Matilda off by heart is close enough to being an Australian for me. I'm Australian and I don't even know all of the words!
