Well, things were kind of crazy for me when I first started watching the show, and I didn't really get into it at the time . Then, I think it was around the time Heart aired for the first time here, I became essentially obsessed :dumb:! And since then, I've just been going along, sort of attempting to hide my fascination from my family . But I think I'm just going to have to give in and start taping :nerd:!

... attempting to hide your fascination from your family .. LOL
I got obsessed around the 2nd episode .. I thought I had taped over the first episode already :crying: .. but I eventually found it on a tape safely stashed away in the corner :clapping: ... so I have all the episodes :clapping:

This is a huge favorite of mine ... and I only discovered it a few days ago ... it's from The Funnies, the scene at the end where Alvin and Nick are standing on that playground (I still can't figure out why they had to be there, though) ... and the nun looks at Nick, and he gives her this cute, excited, little boy, sort of smile. That smile makes me ...
Gin... ? Hales ... ? Grab those mops already !!
 ... ... ... ...
(And if you get tired mopping n stuff ... just ask Simon/ Nick why he's so freakin cute ... damn the boy!)

I saw the smile you were talking about in the Funnies! Where he's biting his lower lip, pleased as punch with himself for making Sister Anne happy! Hmm--another mother figure, albeit a brief visit with her. And he made her happy!

My new favorite Nick moment is when Sloshed Nick (.. does that sound better than drunken Nick??) is babbling away to Lulu at the beginning of Causality .. and generally acting very :nyah:
Esp. when he was talking about his mother calling him charming and handsome () and he gave that excited, goofy little smile ... aarrgghh
