I don't remember reading this before, so forgive me if this is old news. My local LA Times TV Guide says this about the upcoming episode:
"Alvin walks in on Nick and LuLu during an intimate moment. Deeply embarrassed when word gets around, LuLu gets Nick to agree to join her in hosting a dinner party so others know they are an official couple".
Nick hosting a dinner party? This I got to see!

Hosting a dinner! What a nice twist!  Will Laurie be there, along with Nick's extended family, including foster sister Shannon, cousin Jeremy and auntie Liz (?). Or will the guests be more from LuLu's side? Will Nick be in charge of the cooking... (does he know where are his own forks)? No, the new couple will probably hire a professionnal caterer who will also serves while Nick makes the conversation...!!!  I can't wait . What will I do until tomorrow night? Oups! I just remember, I receive my own family tonight. I'll go make myself useful.  |

I can´t wait to read gin´s summary.....I don´t have my family coming, but have TWO birthday parties to attend..I better quit here and go!.....

Poor Nick. Not only does he have to host a dinner party with his "pretend' significant other, but the guests aren't even clients, so the party doesn't count as billable hours. It can't even be deducted.
If he invites Alvin, maybe he can count the dinner party against his community service hours. After all, it wouldn't be the first time Nick inflated his hours....

...if there´s something sure it is that TG gives us good laughs.....we are making jokes, and we are talking about the guy we "adore", knoweing he is gonna have "a lot of trouble" (barbara ditto) ....if he ever shows up.....  ....maybe that´s why!...we are pretty sure this is NEVER gonna happen in NFland! ......how can I make it from now ´til Tuesday night?.... |

It never occurred to me that Nick might not show.....that would be bad!
This attempt to look like they are an actual "couple" having an actual "relationship" .... think they'll be able to convince anyone?
My impression is that Nick isn't good at acting a part unless he's doing it voluntarily.....

Cecilia let`s just give the man(Nick) the benefit of the doubt... i would like to think that he cares more about LuLu than Kim but well, it`s true that with DH everything can happen. If they are hosting it`s kind of complicated to skip it, don`t you think so!!!
I`ll love to see burton face when N invites him and Shannon... ;D

If I were a guest, I would insist that either N or L stay at the table at any one time. At least then they could be assured that dinner would arrive sometime before midnight. :smirk:

Will, they invite Jake and Claire??  I mean this is so weird, i think LuLu is gonna be angry with him because he won´t participe too much, after all the man is always busy and then in this episode he has the Jeremy thing.... so he is not going to be around much... as usual! I´m also dying to hear what the people in LSP would say about the couple.... besides Alvin should learn to keep his mouth close.... it´s kind of rude to talk to anyone about what happen between Nick and LuLu in the office, don´t you think so? Will Burton find out?? I mean someone can tell him in the party ... I want to see his face  And definately they would have to watch them carefully if they want to eat, remember no place is bad or unconfortable for them! ;D |
