So, Laurie is back. Even if her part wasn’t quite clear, I was happy to see her. And glad to see Nick interacting with her.
The dancing was great throughout the episode.
One, you lose you mother, two, you find a father, three, you loose your father.
One, you meet your new boss, two, she invites you to dinner, three, you brush her away.
One, you tell your foster daughter that you will bring her to a dance, two, you tell her you will be late, three, you don’t go to the dance until it is too late…
That’s a shame, but Shannon is too young to appreciate the incredible luck she has to be dancing with Nick : he moves so elegantly… I didn’t yet recover! And even if I thought that she overused her welcome, in this episode, I began to see new potential for her presence but started wondering which one of the Fallin men is now the Guardian…
Alvin and the track? Where is it going? And where is this character going…Hard to say.
The junkie father was extraordinary. When the two of them, father and daughter, met, my eyes wet. And when Nick found him in the alley, I almost cried. And there, a few minutes before, I was thinking about the reasons that brought Nick to tell him about the meeting he was apparently going to. To show him that even with a AA tag on your forehead, you could make something of your life? Anyway, it didn’t turn out well, Laurie was right and for once, I was disappointed that she was.
Something is boiling between Lulu and Nick. And I know nothing about the next episode. ( It is a promise I made to myself this year). But something is coming and the anticipation is a great feeling because of my complete ignorance about the next episodes. Worse, my channel doesn’t even show scenes from the next episode…
But one thing is sure: this year is a great vintage.
