You poor thing!! *offers a tissue and a hug*
That is no fun whatsoever--but at least you had your priorities straight and watched TG!!
To date, we have seen no sign of Amanda reappearing, at LSoP or elsewhere.
The bruise was cute, wasn't it--but it faded awfully fast!
*another hug* Get plenty of rest!

So how cute were the Burton/Nick scenes throughout the episode?! *hopefully*
*offers another tissue and a couple more hugs to an flu-ridden GB* :bawling: *sniff*

LOL .. thanks for the *huggles*
Good news ... the GB has narrowly avoided being flu-ridden, by having taken a double dose of vitamins yesterday ... and another dose today :clapping: for my immune system !!
The GB still has a mini sore throat, though .. *koff* *koff* :crying:
As for the Nick-Burton scenes, there were a few, but mostly of them working together. Just umm .. the Hungover Nick scene  ... the funeral scene, lots of working on the Newburg case .. and that's about it.
Then there was the Amanda quitting scene, and Nick was there for umm .. most of it, and looking pretty uncomfortable .. Right after Amanda left, Burton says "Welcome back, son" .. and sort of smiles and Nick walks alongside him and Burton sort of puts his hand on Nick's back ... which I though was a weird thing to do, right after the whole firm heard Amanda's opinion of Nick being favoured by Burton.
Even Jake looked sort of weird when he saw that, hehe .. :grinyes:

I'm halfway through my maths assignment .. :read: Another cute Nick scene was when the Judge wanted to throw out the Wendy Newburg case, because the anonymous phonecall wasn't going to hold up in court (cos Wendy Newburg herself said nothing was wrong) .. and Nick stood up, and sort of lifted his arm and said "I made the phonecall" ... he said that twice actually  And then the Judge called him up, and Nick gave Frank Newburg a look ... Yup, and yet another cute part (I'm doing a good job of avoiding that assignment, aren't I ?) was when they all came out of the courtroom and Frank and his lawyer were yelling at Nick, breaking the attorney-client privilege and he will be sued and lose his law licence ... etc. and Nick started yelling back .. And then Wendy's mother put her arm on Nick and thanked him .. and he just looked at her and then walked away ... I'm sure that's more than you wanted to know .. but anyway ...

Now I'm almost 75% through my maths assignment .. The scene at the end, where Nick comes to talk to Wendy, and she's all at him ..   There was also a tiny little song clip .. when Nick is telling Wendy he'll "be around" .. and Wendy doesn't want to listen to him anymore and switches on her walkman .. that little song clip was cool ... I even tried to look at the closing credits to get a name or something .. nothing :crying: Unless they put that little clip together especially for TG, but I seriously doubt that ..

Aww .. don't sniffle :erm: ... you'll probably catch the rerun soon :uhh:
The maths assignment is going umm ... ok :read: I didn't get past 75% .. cos I found a slightl problem (ok... a HUGE problem). In one of the umm .. more important questions, my tangent just doesn't look like a tangent .. :erm: That's a major problem cos 50% of the assignment leads up to that stupid graph .. so I'm going to ask my brother, and hopefully he will be of much help
Yup ... other than that ... OMG Hungover Nick is just so darn CUTE ..
*checking the  count* ... :uhoh2: ... nope, it's all good :grinyes:

Hmm--if you saw Privilege this week, that means you'll see Family next week, in which we get to meet Nick's aunt and cousin. Are you interested in hearing more? ;D

Yup, definitely ... Did I mention umm ... pweeze ? Shane just took a biscuit and jumped on my bed, and now's he chomping it there. No, just forget the doggy crumbs, I'll clean em up :grinyes: Looks like the GB is going to be flu-ridden after all ... :crying: I have a really bad sore throat, and I'm freezing to death as well ... :bawling: Serves me right for drinking that cold  ... I mean, cold Sprite yesterday  :bawling:
