Watched Monster again last Tuesday, (repeat) and even though I agreed with many of you before, after the first screening, I had a differend feeling about it this time around. I thought that Nick was actually very much involved with this kid Ronnie......and he did stare with disgust at him in the opening act, but he also showed emotion about the whole thing in later meetings. He did showe more interest in the kid later, and listened to him after he was talking about school science, etc. Nick was clearly trown off by his feelings of disgust, and some compassion for this sorry situation (never know why he did it) kid. Also, that's why I think Nick went the extra mile to find out from Lorie about the evaluation report --- which was never done, and Nick knew it! He could have let it slide, but he didn't, if he didn't care wat happened to the boy, or so much detested him! In all, I thought that Nick was emotionally taken by this boy and for what he did, and yet, showed none of that but just stared in disgust at the boy. Still hated the Nick and Kim tete-at-tete, I mean....the man is gorgeous and cute, and..and...and...and I love for him to be in love, or just have some R&R :read2:........but the "nickandkimsex".......yuk:flush: I hope that DH finally has had enough! Oh, and since some thought that Nick was cold and not interrested in helping Ronnie at all,... what about Lorie who was first found in the office crying about what had happenend, and yet, she never told Nick that the test was never done until Nick found out about it. Nick tried to get the boy a last chance for juvenile court, and in the end of the day, he was the one who cared! ~~bakergirl~~

You said it all in the last paragraph, bakergirl. In watching the rerun, I do believe Nick had disgust for the boy. How could any boy do this horrible act to his mother and then rape her after!? In justification and equally disgusting is the fact that the boy never got the help he rightfully needed.
I, too, hope DH has had his fill of Kim. Maybe another love interest? I'd like to see some firtations, a little hard to get routine, some live interactive courting, dating, meeting Daddy and sharing life stories(open up a little Nicky). Oh, and also, some caressing, kissing, and romantic interludes, before this one hits the dust. All the while, Lulu bites her lip for not getting in on the action.
After viewing the videp clip from the CBS site, I believe Nick and Brian will be going at it in the next episode. I get the impression Nick and Lulu are going at it again, too!
I need someone to advise me on how to register. Cost? What happened to the Library link and Nick Fallin.com link? Thanks.

Registering on this board is FREE. The link is wayy at the top of the page. Just type in your username and email address, wait for the password to be emailed to you ... then you can log onto the board, and change all your information (including your password). If you're referring to the guardian-ffa and NickFallin.com links, they're on the Fan Fiction Board. Not sure what's going on with www.guardian-ffa.com though. :uhoh:

Thanks for the info, mb20.
Could you answer my question on the General site from the message board? Just curious how iconicsoup got started, how you all came into contact with each other, if the site is officially sanctioned by cbs the guardian etc.? Thanks. It is a great site and very well done.

The Guardian Angels are a group of TG fans (four of them, I think) from SimonBakerOnline who were in Pittsburgh for the few days that TG was being filmed there. They weren't specially invited, they just umm ... showed up, hehe. The site is actually called SimonSphere, and it's run by iconicsoup, not me. SimonSphere just sort of popped up when iconicsoup decided to build a fan site for Simon Baker & The Guardian (there weren't too many Simon Baker & TG sites out there at the time) We first came into contact with each other through SimonBakerOnline, although SimonSphere and this BB aren't really umm... linked to each other. Nope, the site isn't officially sanctioned by CBS.

Not that I think they are particularly worried. Truth be told they couldn't buy the type of publicity they get from SimonBakerOnline and SimonSphere (and Nickfallin.com, and Yahoo GuardianCBS etc).

Yeah, what is with that? Every month I wait for my royalties cheque in the mail. Every month. But seriously... they have sent me some cool stuff and thanked me for “promoting” the show (if that’s what I’m doing?). If the site was officially sanctioned by CBS, I'm sure it wouldn't have that chilli rating...

The chilli rating. Well, depending on how often we see NF/SB without a shirt, a chilli gets added. I say, bring on the chillies . Check out the review section of Simonsphere. It will all make sense. Very clever too. PS - Not sure how I became a law student, but hey, I'll try anything.

That's great! I'm glad you are getting some recognition for the hard work you put in.
BTW I loved the Pittsburgh photo series. Many thanks to you and the Guardian Angels for organising this.

The chilli rating. Well, depending on how often we see NF/SB without a shirt, a chilli gets added. Gosh, darn........I totally forgot about those "hot chilli peppers,":bash: I thought that iconic was talking about the hot red ratings!!...but I do miss the no shirt thing. It seems that Nick is more running around than earning a red hot chilli pepper,:firedevil: except the "nickandkimsex", but we can do without that one!:biglaugh: Nevertheless, I do miss Nick the way he was in the first season. I do ! David Hollander is changing the concept, but I said that already. Hi, you'll, I finally had the guts to register..

You are a law student until you have posted 5 or 10 times. Then you become an Associate. After another set amount of posts you become a Partner, Senior Partner, and finally The Guardian.
