Laurie to Nick: "until what she's chosen ....."

greetings all!

was anyone but me stumped by this quote by Laurie to Nick after the guardianship hearing. It was something like...

Lulu is trying to "hold herself together until the choice she's chosen is chosen." huh?

I think she meant that Lulu has already decided to marry Brian so Lulu's trying to hold herself together until she's gone thru with that decision and actually married him.  A little confusing but hope that helps.

I agree--that was the interpretation I had of the comment as well.

I think Laurie can sense that Lulu is ambivalent about her engagement to Brian and Nick isn't making it easy for Lulu.
