CBS has moved The Guardian to Saturday night @ 9:00 for season 3. This is where networks send shows to die. The Guardian has underperformed in its current timeslot. Hollander is to blame for this. The show's scripts have been very inconsistent and viewers have been abandoning the show. Well...it was fun while it lasted!

I agree with Whistlers comments. The only hope for a fourth season would be if the shows before and after were big time top shows.
The scripts have been very odd lately, but I have enjoyed watching SB directing (which was a very good episode) and look forward to his directing this coming year.

Actually, I just read on SBOL that TG is staying put on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. -- this according to ZapToIt....Jag is moving (I forget where) and its spin off I think is taking over the 8 p.m. slot.

No despair... ... ...wipe your tears!! The latest - from "zap2it"............. "The Guardian" stays put on Tuesdays...... "JAG" is moving to Friday @ 9:00, and a spin-off called:"Navy CIS", with Mark Harmon, will replace "JAG" in the Tuesday 8:00 pm slot! Tuesday @ 8:00 pm: "Navy CIS" -.-.-.-.-.-.9:00 pm: "The Guardian"... ... -.-.-.-.-.10:00 pm: "Judging Amy" Thursday @ 9:00 pm: "CSI": Crime scene Investigation. Friday @ 9:00 pm: "JAG" There are more line-ups; I think CBS is adding seven... ... new shows - but so far these are my favourite shows by CBS! ;D

I am so glad that they are keeping this show on Tuesday. I was also worried about it going to Saturday.

If TG stays on Tuesday night with Judging Amy behind it and the Nacy CSI before, tuesday nights will be great like this last two years.
JAG going to Friday night might be an interesting move. They are renewed for another year - will Mac and Harm become a couple or just more of this "not quite together" routine. They are fun to watch.

Over in Guardianland, they were apparently earlier told by CBS that they were staying in the Tuesday timeslot. So this Saturday thing was always just a strange rumour... I wonder how it got started.

Ok according to the CBS fall 2003 line up TG will still be in its Tuesday night time slot. FYI. Randy

I am very relieved to hear this. We are often out over the weekend and the Guardian is what makes tuesdays a great television evening.

I'm SO happy they are keeping the Guardian in it's 9:00 spot. Hopefully season 3 won't be their last...
