Cec,
Your right: in the episode, Where You Are, Nick really does use Lulu. I think thats why she acted the way she did in the end. She was hurt by Dee's death, but in the parking lot, refusing the drink of water from Nick, she was definitely annoyed with him. She probably realized how she was used to promote "kidfinder." And, in the end, Dee's involvement caused his death.
Good take on the episode.

 nice-nick vs.  naughty-nick I´m sure this is someone EVERYBODY has talked about...but the good thing of being new is that I bring back old stuff when there´s nothing new going on!...  I was watching BITR yesterday, and Nick-Simon has, just like the rest of us, common people, two different sides of his face: -the left side is softer, more rounded, looks sweeter. -the right side has something naughtier and older, very, very sexy indeed!.... So I tried to remember other moments and I recalled at least three times I noticed that: left side: -the weight: when nick tells jake he cant go with him to the wedding  : really sweet -where you are: when they are talking about finding out real kids for the kidfinder; even there, he doesnt look mean; -ILP: talking with LuLu (right before the kiss), adorable left side! Naughty right side: -Solidarity: talking with the union guy at the incline: gorgeous, hot, mean. -loyalties: at the court and at lsp -Shelter: in the broom closet and at the court. What I mean is that I dont know if it´s in his eyebrows (probably, because they are really different) lips or eyes, but it´s fun to see (when you have watched the same episode more than ten times and you need another excuse) and compare. Ok, I need to get a like, I know....but I dont want to!  |

Other observations:
Nick's face doesn't always seem the same size. Sometimes it is vary small, sometimes long and sometimes very wide. Different camera angles.
Nick's eyes have some great expessions, too:
Causuality- response to DAD when he acquised him of being back on drugs--anger,plus.
Stalker scene with Nick watching Lulu's house from his car. scary
Weight--Lulu asking him on the date. Then Lulu telling Nick she got them a place to go after the wedding-- apprehension
Intersection-- holding Lulu's hand and telling her to let go--sorrow
Several times when he looked at Burton--on the bench in the courthouse in The Dead, In The Dark with Burton's eye problem, Neighbothood--conversation thanking him for the party, in the car accepting the watch. love of his father
Too many to name. But the best ever is the raising of the eyebrow.

(I think that´s what you meant.....)..do you?.... raising-eyebrow-nick is THE BEST Nick:thud:.... you are right with the sizes....camera angles do a lot, but I also think that simon moves his head in certain ways....he doesnt have a long neck, and that helps, because he can "hide" his chin, bend to his shoulders or chest, drop it when he is sad....having a long neck he´d look odd (imo)...I love the proportion of his head and body (yes...and hands and feet!....I recall what was said about this:drool:).... 4becca1, having a life isnt worth, take my word for good! ;D (and my fingers are dizzy....:gunfire:...I needed to get a life... ) |

Oh, Cec,
I do believe becca won. Rebecca has his heart and soul. They are a beautiful couple together. Don't know why it took him so long to marry her. Hope it doesn't take Nick as long to snatch Lulu to the altar. Also, hope this show doesn't become another Harm/Mac drama.

What if Rebecca didnt want to marry him?....couldnt that be possible?....naaaaaaah!....just kidding!...but I meant I wouldnt be able to be married to a guy thousand of crazy women around the world drool over! ......just read a piece of fanfic would let me quite worried, if you know what I mean....(there´s a certain fixation with "sizes" and "capacities" that wouldnt let me sleep!) fourbeccaone, do you think Nick and Lulu would ever get married?.....in TGland?.....for such a happy ending they should move to another city, and we know Nick can´t leave the state!....:biglaugh: |

You are too funny!!!
I love to watch Nick and Lulu together. They electrify the mood. Their eyes tell it all. I know I will be admonished by Lulu bashers but I did feel when they were together sparks were flying. I feel they both played their parts well. Body language speaks volumes.
And speaking of BODY. Oh, oh!!
And from the article posted in Pitts newspaper, we may be sharing that body with yet another. But never for too long, I think.

THE DIVIDE
Wow!.....I just watched "the divide"....I didnt have it taped, so even when I remembered a lot of things there were many others that I didnt....and just LOVED IT!....the truth is that I´m happy with every single episode I get!....Nick and Jake are both completely unprofessional the whole week; Lulu´s floor is kind of shaking (red tie?....mine would be too:thud:!); I dont get Burton(that´s common stuff between him and me): why doesnt he lend the money to Jake from the beginning?....fifty thousand dollars can´t be money for the fallins....; the AA meeting (I guess is NA....), Phil, Alvin and "dont expect me to call, I dont need anyone"...
And the way Nick looks at Lulu when she is running away from his eyes.....:thud:...geez, he looks SO gorgeous and sweet and forlorn. I imagine Lulu is thinking: "if this thing doesnt start moving I´m going to jump off, hug him and kiss him right there"
...but the damn doors close and I have to wait until august 17, when Shelter is going to be aired again!.....
