""I have ups and downs with it, mainly because it's such a different system. I much prefer doing the work as I did with Book of Love, because it's more creative freedom and not filtered by what affiliates or studio executives that are all involved in shaping what it is," Baker says. "
What does he mean about filtering through affiliates or studio executives. Hasn't The Guardian over the past 2.5 seasons been the way David Hollander wanted it? I just read an interview by Simon Baker and he doesn't seem like he has ever been totally thrilled with the show but on the other hand he seems to like daring stuff with edge. I don't know what thhe movie is like.

Hi, Nell!
I think Simon sounds whiny in this interview....what has already happened, as I can remember, by the middle of the second season...I guess.
I dont know if they are involved or not, but he shouldnt be speaking that way of his own show....jmo, of course! ;D

I wasnt drunk when I wrote that....LOL....seems like I still have some of the confussion left by bbm... But I meant Simon seems to get bored by the middle of the season and then regain enthusiasm some episodes later!
