Strange morning people?? Who me?? *innocently* Actually I'm always cheerful in the morning abeit slightly groggy, unless of course my brothers change my mood big time... they don't usually! You rude in you're reviews? I'm usually good on the gears.... but um, sometimes depending on how panicky I get on the road...

I'm almost ashamed to say how rude I got in 3 of the 4 reviews ! Oh well, nothing like venting your opinion! ;D (I think on at least one occasion I wrote that the author of the article should put his money where his mouth is and actually take action, rather than rattling his trap with useless garbage ) I suppose you could call me a morning person--it is after all, 3.07 am, and I'm in a great mood! However, the family has learned it's best not to even speak to me before 7 am under normal circumstances! If it's any consolation, I suffered much mortification while I was learning to drive a manual, as I sat at busy intersections unable to get the blasted car into gear! Certain members of my family even gave me the unfortunate nickname of "Lurch" for my problems with handling the clutch and shifting. How many brothers do you have, by the way? Hey GillyBear! We miss you!

Yeah we miss you Gillybear! I don't have that problem where people shouldn't talk to me until after a certain time, I'm not normally cranky... only when people bang on the door really loudly and you jump ten feet in the air from a sleep do I get cranky  I'm normally a light sleeper anyway...sheesh! I have two brothers!

Hi Hales  ... Hi Lurch  I miss you guys too :crying: Looks like I will be computerless for a little longer than I thought ... they aren't allowed to just sent the CD-ROM drive to get fixed ... they have to take away my whole computer .. for a week  ... and then they still have to get the sound drivers sorted out  ... I don't have much hope On the plus side, though ... I got the Red Planet video this morning :clapping: Now I'm going to watch it ... I just have to get some pizza (or KFC ) first ...

Hi GillyBear! Hi Hales  Pizza sounds good--what toppings? ;D I think I'm going to try to get Affair of the Necklace today. I have no idea if it is available around here or not. Guess what?! I snowed here last night! 8) Okay, not much, just a dusting on the cars and the deck, but it was most unexpected! It put me in a definite good mood this morning! I'm not really that cranky in the mornings, it's just my dad is this obnoxious morning person, and he'll talk you to death first thing in the morning if you're not careful ! I just need the opportunity to wake up for a little while, then I'm fine . Better go--I've got a lecture at 10.30 this morning--my favorite :nyah:! Keep checking in with us when you can, GB! You have to tell use all about Red Planet! :grinyes:

Yeah ... for a whole week  Life sucks like that ... :crying: I have my brother's computer, though :grinyes: I'm not a morning person ... I used to be one, but now I usually just wake up, and go back to sleep  I'm more of an evening person ... like 5pm to 8pm, hehe. My dad is also a rather obnoxious morning person! I posted my little Red Planet bit in the Simon Baker forum :grinyes: ... it's not much though.

By "obnoxious" I'm referring to those morning people like my father, who just can't let someone else sleep . If Dad's awake, he thinks everybody else should be awake. I've threatened to throw a shoe at him the next time he bangs on my door while I'm taking a nap!! Time for my latest rant: my evil instructor has given us 3 more articles to review for next Saturday! This on top of the two other assignments for Monday, the exam we're supposed to have on Monday, and the 8-page (formerly 10) paper due  . There now, I feel much better! :grinyes:

You're Dad sounds sweet! (even for a guy who doesn't let people sleep)

Yeah, Daddy's a real sweetheart! :grinyes: Poor thing, he has to put up with two bossy, opinionated women like Mum and myself! Mr. A, aka the Slavedriver , thinks he is "challenging" us (his words not mine). GB, I just want you to know, I didn't get the Affair of the Necklace, but I did get the pizza! ;D I decided I had just too much work to do, so I said no to the video!

Mr. Slave driver - heh!
I'm bored out of my brains at the moment... and I've just remembered that I have to tape 'Big Brother 2' for my brother... the season is back again *whimpers* ... argh!
The good news though is that 'The Mummy' is on so I can have fun watching that!
