Boardroom Attorney asks Nick if in fact he once asked Sandra to make reservations for him at a restaurant. Nick says he doesn’t remember, but possibly. She (the labor attorney) then asks if he ever asked this of a male associate.
Next is the issue of Nick not returning Sandra’s phone calls or e-mails regarding the cases they’ve been working on. Finally, it comes out that Nick once kicked her out of a meeting with a client—he says for asking pointless questions that were slowing it down. He says he asked her to leave, she says he told her “Get out!”<br>

F&F, Burton’s office Jake announces to Burton that the non-involved partners in the suit have voted to settle the suit with Sandra as soon as possible. Burton accepts this. Then Jake announces that they have arranged a meeting for 2 o’clock to discuss Nick, his attitude, and his work. Burton is upset, asking if Jake is trying to round up enough votes to fire his son. Jake says that Nick is basically getting paid a lot of money to work part-time, and that he just wanted to notify Burton of the meeting.

LSP, Lulu’s office Nick tells Lulu that he’s made an appointment for them with a couples’ counselor, if she’s still interested. She says she is.
As he goes to leave, he says he saw the dress, and he’s really happy it’s a girl, as he was hoping for a girl. They share smiles.

F&F, Burton’s office Nick goes in to see Burton and apologize for the mess with Sandra. As he arrives, he sees all the partners, and asks Burton what’s going on. Burton tells him. Nick asks how Burton plans to vote. Burton starts talking about Nick being his son, etc., but Nick cuts him off, telling him to do what he feels is best for the firm.
