I agree with you, Droopy, her hair looked awful in those caps. Have you seen the new video clip for Chinese Wall over at sony, everyone at yahoo is talking about it cos she virtually tells Nick that the kiss doesn't mean they will be getting together at all, she regrets it

After seeing it I started to dislike Louisa, like everyone else, but then, maybe she is pregnant, and really can't go into a relationship with Nick, that would then explain next week's announcement. Methinks David Hollander likes to keep us all guessing

Can I just say, that after watching the clip, it didn't look like Nick was really that broken up about what Lulu told him...I personally don't think she's going to end up marrying Brian. Otherwise, why bring her on in the first place. And don't forget Nick holds a trump card. If he uses it he'd better use it carefully or it could blow up in his face.

Just watched that preview clip....very distressing! I very much want to see Nick & LuLu get together. Obviously the producers aren't going to give us some sweet & smooth romance without difficulties, because that would go against the grain of the show (nothing is every neat and tidy!). But...LuLu is really all over the place when it comes to Nick. She started this whole thing by telling Nick that he looked at her in that special way. Her explanation of curiosity where Nick is concerned doesn't wash. If she really is that flaky then maybe Nick is better off without her...and maybe Brian would be too!

No he didn't look very broken up did he, I agree. He looked, almost, amused!! Oh dear, and here we are only at Solidarity.
yes, GB Chinese Wall is next and then the final, The Beginning (where Louisa makes her announcement)
That's in the US of course

Grrrr... and I thought my final exams were bothersome. I can guarantee that David Hollander will have me on edge by the end of the season. Good grief, the advanced previews are enough to drive anyone mad. Okay, in regards to "Chinese Wall" there's only one thing that I can say in remote defense of Lulu, she did take responsibility for the kiss and didn't tell Nick he took advantage of her vulnerability. In all honesty, Nick doesn't look overly heartbroken with this revelation, almost as if he is some soothsayer who knows Lulu won't make it to the altar any time soon with Brian. I think that this endearing little scene will be closer to the beginning of the episode, since it is supposedly the day after and then later on (I believe I read this in one of the sordid previews) Lulu asks Nick for for assistance with her Grandmother. I would fathom to think that maybe, just maybe Lulu (do I ever hate that name) will come to her senses and realize what a choice she is making. My guess is that if she does, she will have reasons to forge ahead with her wedding plans. Okay, my outlook for the finale has changed a bit... 1. I still am thinking that Louisa might find out she is pregnant and (despite her feelings and curiousity about Nick, feels that she has to marry Brian --- for the sake of the baby. Who knows if they'd make it to the altar or not, remember --- she does not want to become a housewife. 2. Louisa tells Nick that she and Brian are going to elope and sets out to leave and meet Brian in Vegas, but she never does quite make it onto the plane. 3. Louisa tells Nick that she and Brian have already eloped, but by early next season Lulu catches Brian with someone else and Nick tells her about the prostiution. 4. Lulu finds out about the prostitution case from Brian and cancels the wedding afterall, but tells Nick after what he did she can't trust him either. (After a while, she'd get over it) No matter what happens, one thought keeps me sane --- David Hollander did say in an Australian interview that Nick will meet someone in the first season, and that it won't be easy. So far, Nick and Lulu are fitting that description exactly... BTW - For anyone who is interested, there is a wonderful article on Wendy Moniz in the latest edition of people.

I'm thinking (hoping) that LuLu will come to realize that she cannot marry the sap Brian because of her Grandmother. I can see a scene between LuLu and her Gran where good old granny tells Lulu about real love and that the way she looks and Nick (and vice versa) tells her that Brian is the wrong choice. I'm assuming that Nick will be helping her on this problem with her Gran further complicating LuLu's confusion!
