Nick slow dancing. Definitely a must.
I love the way Simon Baker moves : he gives such an elegance to his character. I know DH doesn't want us to believe Nick likes to dance ( remember the date with Barbara, when they met Amanda and Jake?) but the guy can't fake it : he is sexy just moving (children are still in bed, so I can write this!!!). The little clip he made for the Australian TV says it all. CBS should learn.

So next season, a dance... maybe at Burton's wedding?

And I want anger management therapy, like I said, with the same therapist. I want Alvin to be as bad as he can be with Nick because he resents him (social class, promising future, money maker, Nick is all Alvin repudiated).

And I want sweet moments for James - BTW what happened to the pretty girl he flirted with in The next life? He deserves a break.

And, I'd say thank you for one black shirt. I read SB doesn't like them, it would be too hot. He is right : it is HOT!

Jennifer, a great thread, as I mentioned Fri., glad to see it take off with great interests and super posts.

I was about to Post on Saturday when I noticed the main thread took a turn to " Sexual Fantacies starring Simon Baker and Gilly's Board Members." Hot !!! Really Hot!!! I stopped posting from drowning in all the sweat. My fantacy would be with Nick Fallin. After all my sur name says it all: Four Becca One(for Rebecca won). Read the last line in the latest interview with WHO WEEKLY on iconics home web sight: Simon acknowledges Rebecca's sacrifices for him, how he couldn't have done it without her. A Golden Tribute!!
But for me, I love Nick Fallin in all his inherited "mood swings." I would like to fantacize about being his new love interest on The Guardian. This would be an opportunity to show Lulu how to wine and dine, how to romantically set the mood, how to accept love "unconditionally." And, yes, Cecilia and Jeeves, it would include a romantic evening out garbed in that stunning TUX and a slinky flowing floor length black evening dress. And dancing, slowly, barely moving to the beat, where the heat from one's body emits the sweat beads. When the music is over, all the dancers leave the floor except Nick and his new love, still swaying to the unheard melody, lost in their own fantacies. Oh, to have that opportunitity.... Why...I'd buy Lulu that plane ticket to California. Better yet, a ticket on a slow boat ride to California!

Before I get truly lost like the rest of you were dazed on Saturday, I'll give you my version of:
Episode 301, September 23, 2003.

Taliek, running past Nick and Burton in the car, will run into the parking garage and find a man wobbling to his feet with a bloodied face. Startled by the appearance of someone out of the blue, Taliek reaches for his gun and shoots the man in the face. Seeing what he has done, knowing he will never get his son back now, Taliek takes his own life. Nick, with seeing Taliek running aimlessly in the street and while driving by LSP sees James' car and lights still on in the office, suspects something amiss. He then finds James bleeding to death, calls 911, instinctively, is totally distraught, fully knowing who did this to James.
Nick tells the police who he saw running down the street and what his client said about James in the courthouse. Police find Taliek, bullets match both crime scenes. Nick and Burton are off the hook for their crime, Taliek is the suspect for the beating, with both victims dead no one can report the truth. James, in my opinion, will be rushed to the hospital, will be conscious long enough to speak to Nick. He wants Nick to make sure the police know the truth...his dying confession. James dies but Nick only tells police that James identified Taliek, nothing more. ( I feel DH has lost a voice for James, as he did for Amanda. The story line for James and his nephew have now been concluded. DH needs to return to the main premise of the show: Nick/Burton, father/son, mother/son issues. There were too many story lines last season, and not enough air time to do justice to any of them without losing air time for the main theme. By including other story lines for partial characters, Alvin, a more prominant character, and a more influential character in the Nick saga with the drug addiction/counsellor segment, lost significant air time. I feel DH will return to the original.)

Well, this scenerio gets Nick and Burton off the hook legally, but not emotionally. More to come. I'm off to Mass to atone for my fantacies.

IMO, they are very good, but you killed the poor James, and it`s not that i love the man but poor guy I think he had misery existence in the show... if we can say he ever existed.... he was always in credits but never get to much relevance...
Another thing... thanks for posting again... I like your posts and fanfic... so stay around...
I agree that DH should return to the origins... I read that there would be more interaction between Nick and LuLu in the court than in bed.... GOOD! But, DH, you have to replace Nick with almost no clothes with Nick dancing or playing any sports in fact i think you should read this board and you know take some ideas... cause we are great!! ;D
I`m expecting to see a more conflcted relationship between Nick and Burton(yes, even more), I still think N has to speak seriously with his dad... and this is a guess but Shannon ..she will return...

It´s time for Burton to remember he does have a child of his own and stop looking for another .....

And Linda.....fencing......wow, that´s really "fancy"....I can imagine Nick doint that....not a lot of sweat, but we can do the sweating watching him doing whatever he choses to do!....:bouncing:

I know what you mean, but the choice of words...anyway, you could be right. We just don't know, although, as I said, I find it hard to believe he'd only look at that set, not use it. Finding a chess partner who could deal with Nick's impatience while waiting to make his next move would be as difficult as finding a life partner, though.

As for Burton/Shannon, yes, Burton needs to remember he has a son and concentrate on Nick. While we're quoting song lyrics, there's one that dates from the late 1920s, possibly the early'30s, that fits Burton's situation vis-a-vis Shannon at the end of ATR, although I can't begin to surmise if either Nick or Burton knows it:
