The IP address is the unique number (about 10 digits long) that gets "assigned" to your connection when you log onto the internet. It correlates to your internet service provider and to the connection itself, so every time you log on, your IP address is the same (or very similar) but different from anyone else's.
On this board, the moderators can see the IP addresses. On other boards you might find that the IP address is visible to everyone (depending on how the board has been set up).

Since the moderators have access to IP addresses, I presume they must know. Weirdly enough, though, the IPs of those iiiitchy members don't seem to match any of the 'usual' members'.

Well, the numbers depend on your ISP, and your particular connection at the time, so ... I suppose your ISP assigns them.
Here's yours: 12.212.213.118

And may I just add that having an opinion about WM acting is not insulting the actress, any actress or actor is perfectly well aware that there will always be people critical or otherwise of the job they do. Isn't that what professional critics in the media do after all. I can't believe it is "off-limits" on any board to criticise any actor/actresses acting ability on any show, it is simply, like all other areas, another opinion. I have no problem whatsoever with anyone criticizing WM acting ability. Afterall, TVGuide isn't kind to Simon Baker either and TG, calling him wooden at one point. It goes to show that we all have individual differences when looking at things on screen and of course TV critics have their own thing as well. Critics can say it once or twice, though in message boards criticism can be said repeatedly. Big difference. Actors must be used to it by now. I sure hope Wendy Moniz doesn't look at message boards. My problem is when the content has a condacending tone and arrogance in it. After awhile it can be so irritating. JMHO.

indeed, a lot of things can be irritating when said constantly, I switch off now when I hear about LuLu going away and coming back pregnant, but I wouldn't dream of suggesting that particular poster is too soapy, any more than I would call any poster condescending or arrogant because they have a different point of view.

Iconicsoup, Sorry I didn't get to thank you earlier for the above explanation. It is nice of you to do that. By the way, are you Australian? I ask because you have transcripts of SB when he guested on ROVE and loggies (did I say it right?) at your site.

I think you'll find that the number of times anyone has criticised the acting on the show over at SBOL is about twenty times less often than a certain other poster has REPEATED those comments about the acting. It's very strange that a fan of the actress would want to keep that particular rubble bouncing... and bouncing and bouncing...

Yes I am, and nope, it's Logies. (I could get used to these smileys!) Oh good because I'm a huge tennis fanatic and I really, really, really love [glow=red,2,300]Patrick Rafter,[/glow]I'm sure you know him. After he retired from the sport, I haven't heard anything about him anymore. I know he and his girlfriend just had a baby but other than that nothing. So, if you have any information about him and if he has a plan of going back toplaying tennis again, it'll be really appreciated ;D. I was actually planning to go to Sydney next year to watch the Australian Open but something came up and I wouldn't be able to but I'm hoping I'll be able to go the following year..........I know, I know this is not site to be asking this but I don't know where else to get any information about him. Please mb20 don't be angry with me for asking Iconic.

Hello, just joined ;D Don't feel bad cassidy, it's good you changed the subject. I was beginning to think this wasn't too much different than sbol, with all the talk of Rosiiii and Lulu. You've even got iconic bashing Wendy Moniz just like she does over there. Or will I get banned for saying that? You wanna move on already people? at well over 1200 views, you're really starting to prove Rosiiii's point that she fascinates you, and Lulu too. I haven't seen so much posting since, well, since Rosiiii was here.
