Kim’s House Nick goes to her house to return her insurance card. When she asks if he called the company, he says no, and that he’ll let her brother fix the car. She invites him in while she calls her brother. While she’s on the phone, she volunteers the information that her son is five years old (Nick didn’t ask). After she gets off the phone, they start to chat about being lawyers, and she explains how she intends to become a lawyer. They flirt a bit, and she offers him a beer. When he tells her he doesn’t drink, she asks if he’s a drunk or something. He replies no, but something like that. She comments that they can always share some iced tea . . .

In the bedroom, theyre kissing, disrobing, exchanging flirtatious banter.
Kim: You know when I first met you I thought you didn't like girls. Nick: I thought you did. Kim: I'm leaving my socks on. Nick: Why you got ugly feet? Kim:Screw you.You can only fantasize about feet like these. Nick: Let me see em. Kim shaking head. Nick:(climbing into bed)I wanna see your feet. Kim: No. I don't even know you.
She peels off her clothes to reveal a black bra, he peels off his to reveal blue boxers. Shes reclined on the bed as he joins her. (Keep in mind its midafternoon).

LSoP Laurie has brought Ronnie’s belongings over to Nick for temporary storage. Ronnie’s adopted father doesn’t want them in the house. Nick has more questions for her, and comments that he has found where an earlier psych exam stated that Ronnie should have further evaluation. He says he knows Laurie did it, but he can’t find it in the files. She says she check on it.

Fallin and Straka Burton has dropped by and is waiting as Nick enters. He says he just wanted to see how things are going, and he’s brought Nick one of those “steamed milk drinks you like.”<br>

Jake wanders through, and Nick excuses himself from his father for a moment to talk to Jake regarding the quality of the clients he’s bringing in, stating “Do not dilute our name Jake.” To which Jake replies “You mean the Fallin name.” Nick replies that he has a possible $50 million client lined up, and they can’t have these other wackos wandering around while Stephenson (the big client) is there if they want to be taken seriously.

LSoP We see Kim in her police uniform out in the lobby, coming to talk to Lulu.
The defense attorney shows up to talk about Ronnie, and tells Nick he wants to postpone the transfer hearing (from adult to juvenile court).
Kim comes in and tells Nick that while he’s nice and all, she can’t associate too much with a probationer. Nick asks “Did Lulu tell you?” She says “No, I ran your plates.” She explains that since she involved in this nasty custody battle, she can’t see Nick anymore. And by the way, his car will be ready on Wednesday.

The Jail Nick is trying to convince Ronnie to take the plea bargain the defense attorney is suggesting. Ronnie becomes distraught, saying he can tell that Nick hates him. Nick says no, he’s just doing his job.

Just to interject -- what Nick says after they do the do the first time and Kim tells him he has to leave, is, "I'll call you." Kim then says, "that's not necessary," (not "Don't bother") Nick retorts, "It is if I want my car fixed."
Good old romantic Nick eh? LOL
