Not all, you're right. Especially when he's telling people their clothes look like crap, and answering his cellphone when you're talking to him. LOL

Was there any idea given how long Nick was in jail in total?

Not really. I tried to figure it out, but they didn't date it or assign days or anything. I don't think it was a month, but they don't say.

When Jake showed Nick the business card.. how did Nick react? Was he touched, embarrassed, what?

He really didn't show emotion. If anything, I think he might have been touched, but he kept reapeathing that Jake should take Caldwell's offer. He didn't seem very optimistic.

Poor Nick... I like it when he's positive about things... not negative

Great job Gine I tried to tape it but ended up w/no sound or sound from another show  One part I think you missed was when Burton was telling Nick that he would have to supena (sp?) Shannon, but he was hesitaant to force the girl to testify. Then Nick said "You don't want to if you don't believe me" (Words to that affect because I'm going on memory) Nick told his father in a very heart-in-his-eyes way that he was telling the truth. (He did not supply drugs.) Also, the hearing was in regards to revoking his probation and that took place the same week he was arraigned. Nick stated that if he was cleared in the probation revokation hearing, he would not be going to trial on the felony manslaughter charges because they were based on him supplying the drugs that ultimately killed Mandy. So, I think Nick was only in jail 4-5 days. Another part, was just before they were going into the hearing and Burton fixed Nick's tie when he noticed it was a little crooked. He then looked Nick over to be satisfied that Nick looked impeciable. That was touching. My 2cents worth. Hi to all. I've missed you. I'm doing ok.

missed you heaps too Annie ::hugs:: Got a dumb question for any brave American but how old was Shannon? as I didn't think Mandy was that old... actually to be honest with you I have no idea how old Mandy would have been. I love some Burton and Nick touching scenes... I want to see plenty of that this season as I'll be very unhappy :devilangry: if they don't. I need a sig at the bottom! Oops sorry that was off topic
